Abstract
INTRODUCTIONANDAIM:
PreviousstudiesandsystematicreviewshavenotprovidedconclusiveevidenceontheeffectofN-acetylcysteine(NAC)innon-acetaminophen-inducedacuteliverfailure(NAI-ALF).WeaimedtostudythevalueofintravenousNACinreducinglivertransplantationandmortalityinNAI-ALF.
PATIENTSANDMETHODS:
Inaprospective,multicenter,observationalstudy,acuteliverfailurepatientswithoutclinicalorhistoricalevidenceofacetaminophenoverdosewereenrolled.NACinfusion(inempiricaldose)wasgivenasmg/kginmldextrose5%overhalfanhour,then70mg/kginmldextrose5%over4h,then70mg/kginmldextrose5%over16h.Thereaftercontinuousinfusionwasadministeredover24hofmg/kginmldextrose5%untiluptotwoconsecutivenormalinternationalnormalizedratios(INRs)wereobtained.Ourendpointswererecovery,transplantation,ordeath.Theprimaryout看白癜风的医院哪里好治疗白癜风哪里好
